All students are invited to perform in our Nutcracker Performance upon the following
conditions:

* All student tuition is current.
* The performance fee is paid in full. Performance fees are as follows and include the
use of costumes provided by the studio:
TBA Pink, White, Lilac
TBA Peach, Rose, Apprentice, Company
* No more than 2 rehearsals are missed. Missed rehearsals include those rehearsals held during class
time. The instructor must be notified in advance of all missed rehearsals. If more than 2 rehearsals
are missed, permission must be received from the instructor to remain in the performance
* Absolutely no absences will be tolerated during Tech Week.
* A minimum of 5 volunteer hours are committed and performed during the Nutcracker season.
Please see the Volunteer Sign-ups for the many ways in which your required hours may be
fulfilled. In lieu of performing volunteer hours, an additional $TBA payment may be made.
You will be billed $TBA for each hour you are deficient in fulfilling your 5 hour commitment.
* Every effort is made to sell all tickets assigned to you. Your ticket envelope containing
unsold tickets, and monies collected for sold tickets will be turned in on the date assigned.
Failure to return the ticket envelope on the assigned date will result in the total ticket value
being billed to your account.
* You have read the Performance Survival Guide for Parents. The Performance Survival Guide
for Parents can be found on the web-site at www.danceballet.com/docs/performanceguide.
A copy of the guide may also be found in the studio. The guide outlines the expectations and
commitments required of both the parents and students. We also encourage you to review the
"Green Room Rules" section with your student.
* Your child will be assigned a role that will be difficult to replace if a change of mind takes place.
We understand family emergencies do happen. However, please check your family calendar
before you commit to participate in this performance.
If your student will be participating in the Nutcracker, please fill out the permission slip and return it along with your
non-refundable performance fee.
